Operating Approach
CMARK has developed deployable kitchens and serving reas to ensure proper cooking and storage temperatures, minimize food handling, and maximize storage capability and taste.
Preparation Approach
Our food preparation approach will include a combination of raw and precooked items. Food is prepared during off hours using HACCP based cooking equipment to ensure safety and food integrity.
Inventory Control Systems
CMARK uses state of the art inventory control software which provides capability to monitor theft & waste control, delivery schedules, and purchase orders.
Dietary Accomodations
CMARK offers a well rounded 21 day menu which includes low calorie and vegetarian meal options. Appropriate menu will be provided for special dietary needs.
